Viability of subsequent, future Tirz treatments?

QUESTION FOR THE ROOM πŸ™‹β€β™€οΈπŸ™‹β€β™‚οΈπŸ™‹

Hi all, question that maybe nobody has an answer for but figured I'd throw it out there.

I have a goal of reaching my target weight (SW: 250lb GW: 170lb, CW: 228) and then slowly titrating down until I can try living without it. I know a lot of people here plan on using for life and honestly I've considered it but I'm not sure financially that's going to work long term for me and I also want to try healthy eating from my goal weight and see how much easier it is to maintain vs lose.

My question is this: If things don't work out for me, what are the prospects of going back on Tirz after quitting? I've read that people who previously did treatments needed to go higher to reach similar effects, and I wonder if this is a drug that our body adapts to to such a degree that we get one good shot at losing weight and then maintaining, but we wouldn't have luck losing the same weight twice?

I would hate to get to 15mg during my first weightloss, only to find 5 years down the road I want to try it again if things go south, only to find I max out at 15mg and it doesn't work anymore.

That might convince me a maint dose long term is lower risk than simply restarting in the future.

What are your thoughts? Has anybody experienced weight gain again and lose again with Tirz?

Does your sensitivity to Tirz increase when you're off it for over a year?
