Conflicting advice?
I’m 25M and I only started having sex last year and I’ve always struggled with PE. Before, when I was with a woman the first round would always be like that but the rounds after I would last a lot longer, but recently even that’s not the case anymore. Now I cum quick on the first round, have a lot of trouble getting it up for round two then cum quick again. It’s very frustrating for me and I imagine for the women I’m with even if they assure me it’s ok. Thankfully I do a lot of foreplay and get them off before I cum but I would still like to last longer for actual sex.
I’ve done a lot of research on how to treat this and it’s insane the amount of conflicting advice there is. Many posts will say you need to do kegels and when you feel like you’re about to cum, squeeze really hard like you’re trying to stop yourself pee stream, but then other posts will say kegels makes it worse and you need to do reverse kegels instead.
Or someone will say you need to practice edging to last longer, but then someone else claims they’re not effective, and you should get rid of porn/masturbating entirely so you desensitize yourself.
Or someone will say once you start working out, doing cardio, eating right, sleeping well it’ll go away, but then others will say they did all those things and it didn’t actually help.
So who’s right? I know realistically it’s going to take trial and error to figure it out, and some things work for some people and don’t for others, but I man I wish there was just a tried and true method of fixing it. My own personal theory why I’m not lasting longer anymore is because I was doing more cardio and going to the gym more back then, and am already planning on resuming that. But I know it could also be a mental thing too. Also think it’s worth looking into my porn habits which are watching about 3 times a week, sometimes twice in a session. I bought a fleshlight so I could practice stamina but I don’t know if that’s actually effective and don’t use it often.
Any testimonials and tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.
