Wth!? Got a mail that told me to don't share personal informations.

I just got an email from Couchsurfing asking me to not share other platforms information and I have 3 days to remove any information I wrote on my profile.

I checked my profile and there's nowhere I wrote that.

The only thing that is the same is the username. I have the same username that I use on Instagram and Telegram.

My question is now, do you think that Couchsurfing is spying on us or not? Otherwise I don't know why I got this email.
