how do you match regular acrylics to speedpaints?

im struggling with the iffy responses on the various apps and there doesnt seem to be many any charts showing what a speed/contrast/xpress etc version of a regular acrylic paint would be. between 12 hour shifts and becoming a dad, ive got no time to paint the same way anymore.

how do you guys go about it trying to colour match to speed paints?
