How did y'all work out a schedule for Zytiga & prednisone?

No food 1hr before nor 2 hrs after for Zytiga. Take prednisone with food. And Zytiga needs to be taken at the SAME TIME EVERY DAY! That's a problem.

Since retirement, I do not have a schedule of any kind, eat when I want to...

The only thing routine is 9:30-10:30 at the Y for Silver Sneakers.

Dr appts... for the wife and I are all over the place (different cities) and time during the week.

Do you carry a dose with you? How?
