Legacy account stuck in plat, 3 other accounts high masters - gm

Hi all,

I have 4 accounts, 1 of them is from ow1 open beta, 1 is from later season of ow1 and the other 2 are from the earlier seasons of ow2.

The account from ow1 open beta is hardstuck plat 1-2 (dps). I get the absoloute worst team mates of all time who cannot do anything and im left to 1v5 every time.

The other 3 accounts are all high masters or gm with 50+ games played.

The dev team already came out and admitted what we already knew about 50/50 but now im wondering does the matchmaker take into account high play time/aged accounts while trying to create these 50/50's?

For example: account is really old and has lots of playtime ---> this player is more experienced ---> put lower skilled players on this players team.

In pratice this just doesnt work, especially when tanks influence the game more than any other role by a large margin. My tank role on this same account is also high masters but the carry potential on tank is jsut so much higher than I am able to climb on this account regardless. However on DPS, the least influential role, it is virtually impossible to make an impact when my tank and supps are almost non existent.
