Best Monitor (non-gaming)

Hallo! Idk if this is the right sub to ask this, pero I'm looking for advice and recommendations for any budget friendly na monitor sana, kahit second hand naman idc haha, I just needed something to use for school. Pero, I'm quite confused with the specs na sinasabi nila, while doing my research. Specifically with 120 or above smth hz. Also, with regards to the brands I should get daw. Anyway, all I need lang naman is yung malinaw and I guess some monitor won't strain my eyes for long use, if that makes any sense hahah, basta yung hindi super matte, like my previous monitor.

Also, saan ako usually makakabili nito huhu, ang mahal masyado sa malls, and I'm quite skeptical sa marketplace and nahihiya magtanong hahah (baka sabihin di naman pala bibili).
