Has anyone achieved success with their startup after going back to a full time job and working part time on it?
Hi all,
I'm working on a mental health based SaaS startup targeting gamified alcohol addiction recovery, the irony is that working on it full time with all the pressures has had a detrimental impact on my own mental health.
I'm now on the lookout for a permanent job that I can work 9/5 hopefully in an area that will improve my skills as a web developer / founder but my question is, has anyone ever achieved success through going back to a 9/5?
I'm trying not to view it all as a failure, we hit 250 users today and the feedback has been positive. I just hate looking at and working with the app at the minute. It almost sends me into a panic attack as the pressure has been relentless and being in crisis mode for a few months has made getting up in the mornings really difficult.
I hope to your stories of success (even if it involved getting a 9/5 and staying there, I'd like to know there is a future beyond the stress and self-doubt)!
Thank you
Matt
