Red Mog Pell expenditure - Echad vs Trizek vs Kupofried/Moogle?

Hopped back on the game on a fresh-ish character (Still sub-99)

I have a Ochre and Red Mog pell available but only one of each. I don't have either of the rings and am missing both Kupofried and Moogle as trusts.

What should I prioritize since I can get one of the trusts and one of the rings?
