Recommend me a good handheld that can be used on GMRS

First, I know FCC says no using GMRS on Ham. I don’t want to have to carry two radios around.

I’m looking for a good IP67 radio that can be unlocked for use on GMRS to talk to my kids while I’m out fishing, but also have access to Ham in case something goes sideways.

I have both licenses. I currently have 2 Retevis HA1UV and 3 batteries but the battery sucks. It stops charging at 90% and stops transmitting when it’s at 25%.

The Wouxun KG-915G for the kids is nice for the readable screen in the sun. But it’s only IP66.

What’s a good recommendation for a good quality GMRS for the kids, and a unlockable Ham/GMRS for myself both that are IP67 and good screens for sunny days?
