Rank and rent models still work ?

I am looking to build a digital landlord page for a town .

My goal isn’t to be rich but to get good business with no profiles strong leads and visibility that may not have direct market access .

What are tips that can get me few good clients and actually rank ?

I don’t have a store front , this is purely digital.

I’ve been lurking for a while but didn’t see specific to digital landlord .

Also would love good resources
