Delonghi La Specialista review anyone?

Hi all, I am considering a Delonghi La specialista arte/opera as my espresso solution. I feel this is the best value for money with the grinder and accessories included, and nothing else to buy as accessories.

Earlier I was looking at H10a plus a grinder but I think the delonghi is a better option. Any other combo that you recommend instead of these choices?A user review will also help. Thanks!
