Ea-nasir was a Mesopotamian merchant from Ur who lived in the 18th century BC. He received the first known consumer complaint in history (complaint tablet shown below) for selling low quality copper to a client named Nanni. Nanni was also offended by how his servant was treated by Ea-nasir.
