Duphaston 3x a day

Hi! Currently taking Duphaston 3x a day for 5 days to induce menstruation. My dosage times are 11am, 7pm, and 3am. Kaso di nagalarm 7pm alarm ko so I took the next mga 9:50pm na. Should I drink the next late na rin and adjust the time I take it? Or continue parin sa 3am?
