Anyone else having issues scheduling appoint with SF consulate for Spanish passport?

Hello,

I have been in the process of trying to get my Spanish citizenship for 5 years now. I had finally received my birth certificate and RMC ID and was given the link to schedule the appointment for getting my passport. Every time I go to the link, find an appointment, and try to enter my information, I get an error message saying to use capital letters only, even though I'm using only capital letters. Then the website will completely crash on me, and I'm unable to retry this process for several days. I have emailed the consulate several times, but I receive automated responses with the link I've already been given. Can anyone help me figure this out?
