YouTube videos and shorts not loading

I can't post videos so I will describe it:

• shorts are frozen. No loading symbol no buffering just the thumbnail/ first frame appears.
• videos are stuck in infinite loading. Descriptions and playlists load slowly (10s load times etc.)

Anyone else experience this?
