X3 corrupted files

Getting unstitched files after 30min rollover on my X3. The file repair tool is asking for reference files and I've added uncorrupted ones and it still says I need to add more files.

This was an out and back moto ride yesterday, about 50min each way. First file is stitched fine, second file thumbnail shows each lens image and the main image has a huge black area. See pic in link.

How can I sort this?
