How to seal up cracks in 3D part to be water proof/ resistant?

I printed a multi-color coaster, but the design had little dots so there’s many pinhole sized gaps between colors. Size water drops and condensation will be sitting on it, I want to drip some kind of liquid sealant into or over the holes so there’s no chance of mold growing inside the coaster’s infill.

What would you recommend?
