Holafly bugging out after refund request

Hi everyone, I asked a refund on a Holafly eSIM after noticing they didn’y apply the discount code I used, they told me the eSIM would have been deactivated as soon my refund was initiated.
Going back to the home app it just doesn’t load anything and shows an error message, the same happens on the eSIMs page.
On browser everything loads up correctly but it doesn’t let me use my holacoins on purchase.
Has this ever happened to any of you guys?
