Suspension/absorber questions

I’m driving a Mercedes C180, and the previous owner installed a Bilstein B8 on the front with lowered spring, and I noticed the rear wasn’t lowered and it was running on stock absorber, overall the car feels stiff, especially over speed bumps, but cornering in high speed is very stable. What should I do? Leave it or install aftermarket absorbers for all 4 wheels?
