What if we nerf all projectile sizes?

I dont mean to fully revert back to pre season 9, but rather nerf across the board for all projectiles.

I just remember playing Tracer with reduced bullet size, and it kinda was fun. You had to be more deliberate with your aim. Less spray and pray.
