Is doing 5 years course of integrated MBA is worth it or not?

As my interests is in business, finance, economics and I learnt digital marketing and tried doing freelance or a small agency of 3 people but failed due to academics,age, lack of exposure and no experience .etc which alligns to the MBA course so, i have decided to do MBA.

Currently I am a class 11 PCM student,i tried to take commerce but my parents forced me to take science but then I took control of my further life in doing BBA+MBA. From my parents I got to know about this integrated course of MBA which doesn't require cat exam but from a different route so my parents are suggesting me to do an integrated course rather than regular one but i truly can't distinguish between the regular BBA+CAT+MBA and integrated MBA.

I would love to know from you all and also apart from IIM indore or other than IIM is there good colleges who offers this and is it worth it? Does it give me the exposure, opportunity, peers, ambitious people, the freedom i want. I am not completely focusing into getting a job i am thinking that during the years of college i would try my level best in business building (ai-automations, SaaS etc) rather then hoping for a job only thing. So I want to know does integrated MBA will give me the freedom or the time which i needed.
