Online classes

In coming freshman here a little confused. I know UF offers some online classes, like even for the calculus chain. I have taken UF DE courses 100% online for a while now and was wondering if these online classes work the same way. For all my UF DE courses I am able to learn from home and complete all my exams at home (with Honorlock). Is this the same for all online classes at UF? I find it hard to believe that courses like calculus operate the same way; I always thought it would be something like learning and watching lectures at home, and then coming in person to take the exam? Or would that be a “hybrid” class? If so, does UF only offer hybrid classes for things like calculus?
