Is there a easy way to make a bunch of fornite accounts?

So, I was wondering about this because I know each account can earn some V-Bucks from the Battle Pass over time. If someone had multiple accounts and leveled them up every season, the V-Bucks would eventually stack up quite a bit. I was mainly curious if making a bunch of alt accounts for something like that is considered bannable or against the rules. Also if it isn't bannable is there a easy way to make fornite accounts?
