is it just me or is it that most high kill rate killers are not actually strong its just they have a base kit mori

all of the killers that have high kill rates dnd vecna stranger things vecna sadako and pig all have very high kill rates despite 3 of them being rather weak in most metas and stranger things vecna doing pretty bad against good survivors, i genuinely think that having a base kit mori just gives a killer 5 to ten percent more kills on average and its not a reflection of there strength but more so a boost to more random odds , the mori just adds more random chances to the game for getting kills especially in lower mmr which we know is a alot bigger than higher
