Partner bullying behavior accountability

Are Partners ever held accountable for patterns of bullying behavior or is it just always about the bottom line ($)?

There is a Partner at my firm who has made multiple grown professionals cry, nobody wants to work with her, she’s demotivating, creates anxiety for entire projects and micromanages like a kindergarten teacher. People celebrate when they come off her projects or resign before they can, and a lot of other Partners actively avoid working with her.

She yells at other Partners in front of junior staff and is so unprofessional with absolutely no tact. She’s a newer partner (2-3 years maybe?) and somehow keeps getting larger roles despite this. Absolutely insane to me.
