Best places to find obscure/rare region-specific models of cars in diecast?

I've been looking for a model of my first ever car (1998 Mitsubishi Lancer Coupe) on and off since around 2015. I'll go weeks where im searching every night then eventually feel like ive exhausted all options and then give up for a while again..
Still to this day I haven't found it in any scale, from any manufacturer, in any material or style of model, so I thought I'd try my luck here.

Where are the best places to go to search for models/casts/etc that are maybe not the most exciting/most sought after vehicles and seem to have been called different names around the world?

Is there a service or custom diecast maker who can make a model of my exact car?
