Need help with finding my proper career path.

Excuse my incorrect grammar as english isn’t my first language. Here’s the thing. I’m a finance major but I genuinely feel like my interest lies with creativity. I am a creative person and I make pretty things. I had a few ideas for business, all of which involve graphic design which I know nothing about. I know people who are good at art, so starting an agency was in the works. I don’t know what kind of career would be good for me. I do want it to be in the creative field but I absolutely don’t know any designing software’s. I am someone who has a lot of nice ideas but I would need people to execute them. Those ideas include brand identities, film direction, creative direction in general. I’m still confused as all of this seems overwhelming and I need guidance. I am good at managing people. It’s like if for example I get artists, they will execute my idea in real time and I will get clients. I don’t know how else to explain it, I hope I’m understandable.
