Insperal 10mg Sr first day

I took it after breakfast it was light but more protein to carbs ratios like three eggs.

The first two hours was like a sudden calm breeze I could finally do all my work without the usual dread. And my mind became quiet.

But around three hours from taking I did some physical work i cleaned the room.

And I felt rush of energy and anxiety, overstimulated, I got a bit worried. But then I calmed down and ate some snacks, it got a bit better and then lunch I was fully calm again.

So first day is this normal?
