Genuinely need advice from people who went through neet drop phase and were confused abt their career?

So this was my third deop and i m 20y/o turning 21 this nov. Now i dont think i would be able to crack it..and so i m thinking of doing btech in biotech..or some related feild like that..but i m not eligible in good colleges cuz of my gap years.

My only options are private medical or to do btech from dy patil which i m thinking..cuz of fees of private..i m also open to pivot to pure computer science degress abroad in any country but cant due to pcb background..

So doing btech biotech from dy patil..like am i destroying my future? Even if i m willing to work hard on that?
