Tirate up? Or add something else?

I have been on Reta for about 6-7 weeks. I currently do 2 1MG doses Tuesday and Fridays. I have been having little to no appetite suppression recently it has been 2 weeks on this dosage. I attempted to go to 1.5 and 1.5 had some side effects that could have just been in my head, I then triaged back down to 1 mg on Friday to be safe. I am curious if I should attempt to go back up or add something else like Tesa, serm, or cag. Or if I should just run at current dosage for a couple weeks then tirate up ?
