PC Build Help

Hi guys, in a newbie, and this is going to be my first build, just wanted get some professional, experienced advice.

I'm from India, budget roughly around 3 lakhs. I don't play games, my main usage will be ComfyUI, Davinci, Photoshop Acestep, after effects, for now. I'll start learning blender/unrealengine in about a year or two.

I prefer performance over asthetics. I want to get the best possible build in the least amount, lol maybe everyone wants that

What do you think of this build? What are your suggestions and if you can please explain I'll be very grateful.

My budget is a bit flexible, I'm not sure if how much I should be spending exactly. About the monitor that's separate from this budget, I'll be looking for a 2k or 4k monitor.

I'm learning to generate AI images, videos, and related work.
