Unreasonable estimates on 3996. Office time projections based on computer data and 18 and 8

Lately they're giving unreasonable estimates. I thought management should be giving good faith estimates and not just writing nonsense.

They estimated 45 minutes for a walking pivot that takes 20-25 minutes and the casing up of a whole route that was to get distributed out to like 5 different carriers. I also had to drive to the pivot from the office in the opposite direction of my route, 5 minutes to get there and then 10 minutes to get to my route.

Most people are in the office for 1 hour in the morning setting up just their own route, 45 min at best. So where are they getting this nonsense? And its not like I'm just standing at a case (that's not mine) putting up the letters and then walking away.

I just want to be ready in case I'm questioned. ODL carriers don't typically put in 3996 at our office but if I'm disciplined then I'll start. But I feel like they have no grounds when they're just being completely unreasonable.
