BDO Savings Account as Payroll Account

Hi! I recently opened a savings account in BDO to comply with my employer's pre-employment requirements. 'Di raw nagbibigay ng endorsement letter ang employer ko which is required by the BDO to open a payroll account. Hence, I denied when asked if my savings account would be used as a payroll account.

Anyone with the same experience, will there be any issues in the future if monthly nang papasok sa account ko yung salary ko?
