I think I accidentally waterlogged my cherry tomato seedlings

Hello! I just watered my cherry tomatoes (I thought the soil seemed a little bit dry) and some of the seedlings started drooping (one was fully bent over and the other one's leaves started drooping). I don't have the option to move them to another pot. Should I just leave them alone and avoid watering for a few days?
