Game suddenly crashing every time

So, the application worked just fine up until May 8th. Now, every time I'm in a match--whether Ranked, Casual, or even doing Challenge--the application will suddenly crash after a few minutes. It seems fine when I'm just scrolling through the menus and doing pulls and chatting; this only seems to impact actual gameplay.

The very first time this happened I received a notice upon logging back in that several people were disconnected, so I did not lose any points to my rank. But then it continued to happen and it appeared it was only me, ultimately almost dropping me down to Gold 2 as punishment for disconnecting during the match. (Thanks to rank reset, I'm back in Gold...)

I have tried clearing the cache, resetting my device and even waiting about 10 minutes one time, offloading the application, turning off the app refresh for several apps on my device, and I always ensure no other applications are open before opening Dissidia. After all of that, it did allow me to do five challenges before it finally crashed--so that was some improvement, at least.

Today, I even lowered the graphics to level 2 and the experience was slightly less laggy. I did turn it off before it crashed this time, since rewards don't refresh until about noon my time, but I have a feeling it will still crash. I can check again later.

At this point, the only thing I have not tried is uninstalling/reinstalling, which I do not want to do unless I absolutely have to. If it helps, I play on an iPad 9th generation and it recently updated to version 26.4.2, which allegedly has caused issues with other applications, but I have no evidence of that.

I'm just so frustrated because this problem occurred out of nowhere and I appear to be the only one experiencing it? Maybe I'm wrong. I did file a bug/crash report, but I doubt they'll heed it if only a few people, or even one, are struggling.
