AMR/McCormick Ambulance driver license

Does anyone know if McCormick will still consider my application if I didn’t include my ADL or medical Examiner Certificate but have all other requirements? I’m getting my Ambulance drivers license this week but I don’t know how long this application will be open for and I have been WAITING for a position to open up so I applied anyways.
