Why are ads in malaysia so low quality

Idk if u guys notice but i think the whole culture of social media ads Malaysia is to spew out the most low quality and annoying pieces of media like for example most ads in malaysia are literally just slideshows with royalty free music in the background or some low quality ai interview of dating apps, heck even foreign MNC's change their dynamic of their ads to "better suite" malaysia. . If u guys change ur vpn to countries like the uk, jpn us etc ,the changes in ads are like two different worlds
