I'm confused about the tickets and parks

Hi all, sorry if this is really obvious. I'm going to universal Florida for one day next week, and I obviously want to see and experience as much as possible. When I go to buy passes, it's only for Islands of Adventures and Universal Studios. Why can't I buy the third park? What will I be missing out on?
