2023 SEL for 29k at local dealer...good deal or?..

A local dealer has 4 2023 Ioniq 6 SEL's all listed for 29,990 and each has just barely over 3,000 miles on them. I checked a couple of VINs and they apparently have not had some recall work done but I can't find any other red flags online.

Think this is just a great deal? Why would they all have about 3,000 miles? They're certified used, too.
