[computer][2005-2010?] game almost like the GROW games but also not?

I watched a video a while ago on the old GROW games (grow valley, grow island, grow rpg etc) and it made me remember this game loved that was almost like them but had a more smooth artstyle I think and it was something with a big tree and maybe big almost pearls? Bubbles? I think some sort of goo came out of the tree.

I have no idea of its name or really what it was about, more than you chose options and leveled up and got upgrades, but I remember it so cozy and felt so magical. Any ideas of what it could be?
