Best places to visit?

My bf and I are flying from Northern Alberta, Canada to Dublin. We're driving to his hometown (Waterford) staying a few days to visit family, then hitting the road. I want to see as much as I can in the 2 weeks we'll be visiting. What are some must sees? Also, would love a list of must try foods 🤤
