Missed menstrual cycle

So, I’m a 23 year old female who just got upped from 100mg of Zoloft to 200mg. I’ve been on 100mg since 2023 and within the few weeks I’ve been taking a stronger dose (doctor recommended). I’m also on the pill, and this past week I was supposed to get my period but I have NOT. I am active but I’m religious about my birth control. I also just took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Has anyone had any experience with sertraline affecting their period? I’m stressed af.
