Medieval forever world

If possible, I'd like to play with someone who knows redstone and a creative builder too. Would also prefer someone more mature, not necessarily older.

I play around 10am UTC - 4pm UTC. To keep some level of consistency and so the world actually stays forever, it'd be good if ur often free to play during these times.

I have my own idea and systems I want to implement for the world but open to others. But for starters, I really like automation.
