Having a lot of questions with the church right now

Still currently in my OCIA classes and i love it so far! i love my parish, priest, a few people in it. Was really enjoying it until my priest invited me to the anti abortion rally a couple weeks ago. Needless to say, i have a lot of problems and issues on becoming catholic or religious of any matter anymore. so, i came here and i need advice.

Like, why the heck is surrogacy a moral sin??? So far, i haven’t seen anyone (male wise) speak of any LGBT+ person in good faith/manners, Abortion is obviously a no no 🙄

Like i said, i love my parish. yet, i’m wrestling with these thoughts. i figured i would come here and ask for advice or here some stories on why people left. it’s very frustrating and im sorry if this is a dumb thing to ask.
