Hi again :)



A while back I posted [here ](https://www.reddit.com/r/gastricsleeve/comments/1sezxbm/questions_2_months_post_op/)for the first time (2 months post-op, 22kg / 49lbs down at that point) – just wanted to drop a quick update because I hit the 32kg (70lbs) mark today. From 157kg (346lbs) down to 125kg (276lbs).



Honestly, it still feels surreal. Especially thinking back to where I was a few months ago – on Bisoprolol and Amlodipine, out of breath all the time, resting heart rate at 87. By now I'm completely off the meds, my resting pulse sits stable in the low 70s, and I have a kind of energy I haven't felt in years.



Another small win: last week I was able to buy clothes in regular stores again for the first time in years. No more plus-size-only sections, no more ordering online and hoping it fits. I just walked in, grabbed stuff off the rack I liked, tried it on, and it actually fit. Sounds like nothing, but I almost teared up in the changing room. Actually wearing the stuff I bought in my Picture from May :) 



About the 3-month stall I asked about back then: I actually had a short phase where the scale just didn't move for a few days. Mentally not easy, but it picked back up – so if anyone is in the middle of one right now: hang in there, it does start moving again.



Thanks to everyone here who shares their experiences so openly, it really helped me.
