I need a Job

Applications

I’m a 20-year-old student studying Anglistics/English language and literature, and lately I’ve been trying to find ways to earn some extra money remotely while balancing university.

I’m good at writing, languages, and explaining things, so I was considering things like online English tutoring, content writing, proofreading, or remote assistant work. The problem is that most remote jobs I find are either full-time or require years of experience.

For students who managed to find flexible remote work:

  • where did you start?
  • what platforms actually worked for you?
  • is online tutoring worth trying?
  • are there beginner-friendly writing jobs that aren’t scams? 😭

I’d really appreciate hearing other people’s experiences because I honestly feel a bit lost trying to navigate this. And if you have any other connections myb opportunities please hit me up
