Additional spot misconception

Am I the only person who didn’t know that adding an extra item uses up one of your shipments? I added an item to my two shipments per month membership thinking it would just bump me up to a 6 item membership. Imagine my surprise when I realized it used my other shipment this month.

I would have NEVER used an entire shipment for one single item. What’s the point of the extra item if it’s gonna waste a shipment?! Did I miss the fine print where it explains this??? RTR really needs to rethink this, as I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this issue.

I have been a member for over 10 years, but this issue coupled with all the well-documented other problems have me ready to quit my membership and switch to a competitor.
