Order fulfillment automation for digital + physical bundles

We sell a course with a physical workbook. Course access is instant but the book ships later. Customers get confused and support tickets pile up.

I need purchase to grant course access, create a ship task with their address, and send one email with what to expect and tracking when it ships. If the book is backordered, notify them and offer a digital version in the meantime.

We use Teachable and ShipStation but they don’t talk. I’m solo and can’t manage two systems.
