Guidance on YouTube monetization?

Hello!

I’ve had a YouTube channel for a while but it’s really taken off this year and has made it to a point where it can be monetized (making it to 500 subs and unlocking memberships/superchats)

I make gaming retrospectives and speculation videos and livestream games I find enjoyable, so nothing political or controversial is being discussed. I also do this entirely off shift and off the job (obviously.) I understand that I will have to discuss this and get it cleared by ethics but wanted to make sure there is nothing else I need to do?

Thanks in advance!
